Mark Knorr Construction has been grading the Placer County and Sacramento foothills since the early 2000s — house pads, subdivisions, driveways, parks, and miles of streets and sidewalks. The work is the kind nobody sees once the building goes up: the pads, the cuts, the drainage and compaction the rest of the project stands on. Get it wrong and everything above it pays for it. We get it right.
What sets the operation apart is the machine control. GPS, laser, and 3D systems put the engineer’s design model straight onto the blade, so grades come in tight without staking and re-staking — work that earned a national feature from Bobcat Company. Behind it is grading equipment, attachments, and an experienced crew.
